5 Very happy with the uptime
Been quite sceptical with hosting companies promising 99% uptime. So I wasnt expecting much when joining coolhost.
But I must say, only once in the 2 years I have been with them have I experienced downtime- and the support guy sorted it out so quickly.
The speed is also a great plus
